WELCOME to the Ancop Canada Community Portals
The websites for ANswering the Cry of the Poor of ANCOP International (Canada) Inc., a Christian Charity registered with CRA and Industry Canada since 2001 are now available for its Donor Partners and Volunteers like you. These community based portals are designed to provide maximum guidance for donors and information about our work together in ANswering the Cry of the Poor, and how you can join our growing community of dedicated volunteers and donation partners, supporting the two major donation programs, Child Sponsorship and ANCOP Shelter Homes for the poor Programs:
A) Child Sponsorship Programs -
You can be a child sponsor and/or help us solicit donation funds as an individual volunteer solicitor for thousands of children for their much needed education, family and health assistance, for just one month need ($32.00) up to a year's funding need ($384.00). You can also bring in your group to establish a webpage with us for email solicitation with your own participant pages, dedicated to a number of children as recipients of your generous work;
B) ANCOP Shelter Homes for the Poor Program
- Join us as an individual donor and contribute to an existing shelter project for as low as $50.00 up to a home unit cost of $2,500. You can bring your group to raise and solicit funds for a chosen shelter project subnamed after your group in appreciation of your generosity or choose a shelter project to support and create your own Participant Solicitor Page attached to the project contribution page (soft credits as results of your email solicitations, either paid online or by check will be reported in your page);
From 2001 to the present, many donors and partner groups have individually donated and/or collectively volunteered to solicit and raise funds for the Child Sponsorship Programs, sponsored children now numbering over 1,100 and/or the ANCOP Shelter Homes Programs, home units numbering over 2,500 built. The child and shelter programs started in 2001 with an agency contract with Gawad Kalinga Foundation and in 2010, ANCOP Canada signed up its second agency partner to expand its work, the CFC Ancop Tekton Foundation.
